Al-Ahsa Development says court rejected former board members’ lawsuit against company

Al Ahsa Development Co. announce that preceded the Declaration date 07/03/2012 on claim by three members of the former board members against the company demanding the reward payment for the Board of Directors for the year 2009 of two hundred and fifty thousand Riyals to each Member. The companys lawyer has advised the company that the administrative court decision has been issued on Sunday 03/06/2012 reject the proceedings against the company, note that this judgment is subject to appeal.
