Al-Ahsa Development’s Chairman resigns

Al-Ahsa Development Company announces that the Board of Directors had accepted the resignation of Chairman and Member of Board of Directors Mr. Khalid Omar Al-Baltan, due to his personal business commitments, as on 15/Jan/2012.

The Board of Directors appoint Mr. Waleed Hassan Al-Afaleq as the Chairman of Board of Directors and Mr. AbdulMohsen Mohammed Al-Othman as the Vice Chairman of Board of Directors and Chief of Executive Committee, w.e.f. 16/Jan/2012.
