Al-Rajhi’s general assembly picks new board

Al-Rajhi Bank’s general assembly selected yesterday its new board members for a three-year mandate till November 13, 2017.

 

Incumbent chairman Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, one of the bank founders, was off the list. Following are selected board members:

  • Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi
  • Saeed bin Omar Al Issaie
  • Mohamed Abdullah Al-Rajhi
  • Salah bin Ali Abaelkhail
  • Ali Saleh Al-Barak
  • Mowayed Eissa Al-Qurtas
  • Badr Mohamed Al-Rajhi
  • Abdulaziz bin Khalid Al Ghefaily
  • Suleiman Saleh Al-Rajhi
  • Khaled Abdulrahman Al-Quwaiz
  • Alaa Shukaib Al-Jabri

Sulaiman Al-Rajhi is one of the founders of the bank and has assumed top roles since its inception.

The general assembly meeting was postponed from June for lack of quorum.
