Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company Announces the date and method of cash dividends disbursement

Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company is pleased to announce to its shareholders that it will commence the disbursement of the dividends from Sunday 21/10/2012 at SR (1) one riyal per share which represent 10% of the companys share capital amounting to 22.5 million riyals.

 

The dividends will be deposited in the shareholders portfolios accounts through Samba Financial Group.

 

Eligible shareholders are those who own the shares at the end of trading of the general assembly meeting day on 3/10/2012.

For any reason dividends were not deposited, eligible shareholders are requested to visit the nearest branch of Samba Financial Group to receive their dividends or call the Shareholders Relations Department of the company
