The United Electronics Company (Extra) Announces the deposit of the amounts derived from the sale of fractional shares resulting from capital increase in shareholders' bank accounts

The United Electronics Company (Extra) Announces that according to the extraordinary general assembly meeting  held on 1/4/2013 that approved the recommendation of the BOD to increase the company's capital from SR 240,000,000 to SR 300,000,000 through granting one dividend share for each 4 outstanding shares for each registered shareholder at the end of the trading day of the meeting, The company has finished selling the fractional shares resulting from this capital increase which are amounted to 2886 shares for SR 278,164,80 at SR 96.38 per share on 7/4/2013.

 

The amounts resulting from this sale will be deposited in shareholders' bank accounts linked with their portfolios through the BSF.
