New members of Extra BOD:

The BOD of the united electronic company has announced the appointment of two new board members; MR. Abd AlMhosen AlEssa and Ahmed Alsakr as independent members of the board on 6/2/2012 for the current session.

The decision will be included in the next ordinary general assembly meeting agendafor approval.
