Al Drees forms new joint venture with Bertschi Swiss

Aldrees for Petroleum and Transport Services signed today a joint venture agreement with Bertschi Swiss company to establish an equally owned SAR 1m capital company, as announced today on Tadawul.

 

The new company which has independent activities and operations will provide Chemical Logistics, transport management, warehousing management, cleaning facility of chemical tanks and related services and will be run by a joint team from the two companies.

Bertschi AG is a worldwide Swiss company operating in the field of logistics and transport of chemicals by ISO tanks on road, sea and trains in Europe, China and Singapore.
