Thimar suspends an earlier BOD recommendation

The national agriculture Marketing company "Thimar" announced today on Tadawul that it is no longer required to decrease the company's capital as was recommended by the BOD earlier.

 

Suspending this recommendation came after a BOD meeting on 4/11/2013.
