The CMA Board has issued its resolution approving Al Khaleej Training and Education company's request to raise its capital (from SAR 300 m to SAR350 m) .
The Capital raise is to take place by issuing one bonus share to each 6 shares owned by registered shareholders, at the closing of trading on the day of the extraordinary general assembly. Such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SAR (50 million) from its “Retained Earnings” account to the Company's capital.
By this issuance the number of outstanding shares will increase from 30 million shares to 35 million.
