NRC: Announcement on Kabisah Cement Factory, Iraq

The Northern Region Cement Co. (NRC) announced that it received, on 18/2/2013, a letter from law firm Armouti & Associates, the firm in charge of following up the registration of the company as partner with a 26% stake in the Iraq-based Kabisah Cement Factory as stated in the Prospectus Para. 2-1-14.

Thereby NRC now officially owns 25.5% of the plant, which will be reflected in the company’s financial results as of the first quarter of 2013.
