Mubarrad discards land use study

Saudi Transport and Investment Company (Mubarrad) said it will not use the study suggested by Al-Bait Al-Jameel on the commercial use of its plot of land at Al-Qadisiya, eastern Riyadh.


Mubarrad invited consultancy firms in August 2012 to submit proposals on the commercial use of the land, totaling around 60,000 square meters.
 

The company said today in a Tadawul filing that Al-Bait Al-Jameel’s study does not match the company’s plans at the moment.
