Saudi Public Transport Company (Saptco) said its subsidiary Saudi Emirate Integrated Transportation Company (Seitco) signed today a SAR 217.3 million contract to supply 1068 buses to public schools at two provinces.
Under the contract, the company will provide transportation service to public school students in the Eastern Province and Tabuk, the company said in a filing on Tadawul.
The source of finance and financial impact of the deal will be announced in due course, the company added.
Seitco is 50 percent owned by Saptco.
