Bahri Sells its Land in Riyadh

The National Shipping Co. of Saudi Arabia (bahri) announced selling its own land in Riyadh, 02/05/2012, which has an area of 6,146.80 square meters at SR 4,250 per square meter, the total amount of SR 26,123,900, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
 

The company said that the price of the land purchase in addition to all land expenses reaches SR 15,439,488, which resulted in a net profit of SR 10,684,412 that will reflect on Q2-2012 financial results, according to the statement.
