Etihad Atheeb appoints Hossam el-Din Sadaqah as non- executive chairman

Etihad Atheeb Telecom Co., GO, decided on Aug 14 to appoint Hossam el-Din Sadaqah as non-executive chairman, according to a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

Mr Sadaqah, a Saudi national, is experienced in arranging initial public offerings, project finance, company restructuring, private placements, the company added.

The company has recently elected 11 board members for a three-year term that starts on Aug 5, 2014, according to Argaam.
