AL MARAI PARTICIPATES IN THE INCORPORATION OF UNITED FARMERS CO.

Almarai Company is pleased to announce its participation in the incorporation of United Farmers Holding Company; a Limited Liability Company (the Company) The Capital of the Company is One Million Saudi Riyals (SR 1,000,000). The Share of Almarai is 33% thereof.

The other two Partners are:

1.Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company, a Saudi Joint Stock Company; and

2.Saudi Grains and Fodder Holding Company, a Saudi Limited Liability Company.

The Company will be one of the Investment arms for the cultivation of Fodder and Agricultural Crops outside Saudi Arabia.
