Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) secured a project worth SAR 87.16 million (including VAT) from the Ministry of Commerce on April 9.

In a statement to Tadawul, 2P confirmed that the project involves operating, setting up, and developing a unified customer care call center for the ministry.

 

The project aims to meet the center’s objectives and requirements, including assigning an operational team to handle incoming and outgoing calls, along with managing social media communication channels.

 

The team will consist of skilled and professional personnel, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting all center requirements.

 

There are no related parties involved in the project, the statement added.
