Alkhaleej Training subsidiary acquires 51% of Kuwait's Mazaya Integrated Solutions

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.’s subsidiary, Advanced Communications Systems and Solutions (Smart Link), signed today, April 8, a contract to acquire 51% of Kuwait-based Mazaya Integrated Computer Solutions Co. for SAR 14.28 million.

In a Tadawul statement, the company said this acquisition is expected to have a positive impact on the financial results starting from the second quarter of 2025.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the company said.

 

The acquisition will enable Smart Link to better cater to its customers and diversify its income sources by adding new business activities.
