RCRC warns against claims of assistance in land applications

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) issued a warning against misleading claims regarding assistance in applying for land, emphasizing that it is implementing the directives of the Crown Prince regarding practical measures to achieve balance in the real estate sector in Riyadh.

 

RCRC pointed out that it is currently developing an electronic platform to directly receive land applications from citizens, without the need for any intermediaries or external parties.

 

It also confirmed that any claims or messages circulating about external entities facilitating applications are unfounded and false.

 

All details and updates related to the platform or the application process will be announced through RCRC’s official channels.

 

It urged everyone to obtain information only from official sources and to be cautious of any fraudulent attempts claiming to grant land outside the official system.
