Trading ban on Almajed Oud’s major shareholders ends today

The ban on Almajed Oud Co.’s major shareholders from selling shares was lifted today, April 6, six months after the stock began trading on the Main Market (TASI) on Oct. 7, 2024.

 

The major shareholders, Khaled Ali Othman Al Majed, Saad Ali Othman Al Majed, Suleiman Ali Othman Al Majed, and Majed Ali Othman Al Majed, bore a six-month ban starting from the stock’s debut on TASI.

 

As of today, these shareholders can sell their equity without prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
