TAQAT extends MoU to fully acquire Bayan Transport

TAQAT Mineral Trading Co. extended a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to fully acquire Bayan Transport Trading Co.

 

 

The MoU, which was set to expire on March 31, was extended until June 30, 2025, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

According to available data on Argaam, TAQAT signed the MoU in May 2024 to acquire Bayan Transport. The MoU has been extended several times.
