JAZADCO elects board members for upcoming term

Shareholders of Jazan Development and Investment Co. (JAZADCO) elected board members for the upcoming four-year term starting April 13, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 26.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the newly elected board includes Ibrahim Al Jasser, Sultan Al Shalash, Feras Al Bawardi, Mohammed Al Sogour, Jaber Al Sahli, Mohammed Al Resheid and Turke Al Obailan.
