MIS signs SAR 50M IT deal with CEER

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a framework agreement today, March 26, with CEER National Automotive Co. to supply IT solutions and systems with a total value not exceeding SAR 50 million.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the framework agreement spans three years and is based on unit prices for supplying IT solutions and systems to CEER.

 

MIS stated that the financial impact of the agreement will appear in the company’s results in the second quarter of 2025.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
