AME board proposes early termination of current term

In a meeting on March 23, the board decided to end its term, which began on May 31, 2021, and was originally set to run until May 30, 2026.

The move aligns with the provisions of the new Companies Law and recent amendments to the company’s Articles of Association, the statement said.

The decision requires the approval of the general meeting, the date of which will be announced after obtaining the necessary regulatory clearances.
