Alkhaleej Training board says no dividend for 2024

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.'s board of directors decided on March 19, that no dividends will be disbursed for 2024.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the decision comes to support and strengthen the company's financial position and maintain a margin of financial solvency to finance future development plans.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Alkhaleej Training reported a net profit of SAR 94.4 million in the first nine months of 2024, from SAR 17.5 million in the year-earlier period.

 

The company’s last dividend distribution was in 2020 at SAR 11.25 million or 2.5% (SAR 0.25 per share).
