Shareholders of Fitaihi Holding Group elected board members for the next three-year term starting April 22, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 17.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said Ahmed Hassan Fitaihi, Omar Al-Humaidan, Ibrahim Al-Madhoun, and Bayan Fakieh were elected as non-executive directors. Meanwhile, Ibrahim Badawood, Suhail Qadi and Adnan Soufi were elected as independent directors.
