Jarir Marketing Co.’s (JMC) board of directors reappointed Muhammad Alagil as Chairman, and Abdulkarim Alagil as Vice Chairman.

The board also formed sub-committees, Jarir said in a statement to Tadawul today, March 12.

 

Additionally, the board appointed a secretary to the board, representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul) for all matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
