Twareat Medical Co. (TMC Health) signed on Feb. 27 a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with NEOM to provide comprehensive health and wellbeing services through the efficient operation of clinics.

In a statement to Tadawul, TMC Health said the MoU is valid for 12 months from the signing date. The only financial impact is expected from the possible sale orders from the current or future contractors in NEOM.
Under the MoU, the company will provide a range of specific medical services, including primary care, urgent care, emergency care, occupational health, and chronic disease management within residential village areas and current and future project sites in the NEOM region.
TMC Health will utilize innovative technologies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency and contribute to NEOM through continuous innovation and adapting services to align with the evolution of the community and projects.
The company is also committed to high standards of medical care and safety, compliance with regulatory requirements, and obtaining Ministry of Health licensing. It will be engaged with the community to assess healthcare needs and implement appropriate health programs.
There are no related parties to the MoU, TMC Health said, noting that any updates will be duly announced.
