Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) was awarded on Feb. 27 a SAR 66.6 million contract (including VAT) to operate the unified contact center for voice interactions at National Water Co. (NWC).

In a statement to Tadawul, 2P said it will provide specialized services to establish and operate the unified call center-voice interactions at NWC. This will include establishing the contact center premises, people hiring and management, managing the operations of the contact center, and providing the technical solutions and platforms.

 

The contract is expected to be signed on March 23, 2025.

 

The financial impact will be positive for fiscal years 2025 through 2028, the statement added, noting that no related parties are included in the deal.
