Zamil shareholders elect board members for upcoming term

Zamil Industrial Investment Co.’s shareholders elected member of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on May 1, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 24.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the newly elected board includes Abdulla Al Zamil, Bander Al Zamil, Sattam Al Zamil, Khalid Al Fuhaid, Adel Al, Saud Al Sulaiman, and Khaled Barahmeh.
