MESC shareholders elect board members for new term

Middle East Specialized Cables Co.’s (MESC) shareholders approved electing new board members for the  upcoming four-year term, starting July 2, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 25, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected members are Sulaiman Al-Namlah, Mohammed Al-Namlah, Fadhil Alsaadi, Yahya Al-Qunaibit, Mohammed Almutlaq, Mohammed Al-Ajmi and Ali Al-Ghamdi.
