Ghida Al-Sultan shareholders elect board members

Ghida Al-Sultan Co.'s shareholders approved electing board members for the next three-year term starting Feb. 13, 2025, according to a Tadawul statement.

The approval came during the ordinary general meeting held on Feb. 13.

 

The elected members are Aref AlMusbahi, Prince Mansour bin Saad Al Saud, Bader Al-Othman, Naif Al-Araifi, and Ibrahim Al-Hudaythi.
