IHR inks contract with Saudi CMA for SAR 5.4M

International Human Resources Co. (IHR) signed a contract with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to provide internal correspondence and external transportation services, for SAR 5.4 million including VAT, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract duration is three years, starting April 1, 2025, with the relevant financial impact to appear in Q2 2025, the statement added.

 

The contract included no related parties, IHR said.
