The real estate liquidation board of Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi’s legacy announced the sale of four properties in Riyadh and Al Qassim during the ninth auction held on Feb. 9, for a total value of SAR 110.3 million.

 

The sold properties included three agricultural land plots and a residential-commercial villa in Riyadh, which were auctioned through a hybrid in-person and virtual public auction.

 

Etqaan Real Estate Chairman Abdulaziz Al-Rasheed stated that the properties sold at the auction included Al-Khalidiyah residential-commercial building in Riyadh covering 1,796 square meters (sqm), Project No. 5 land in Al Qassim covering 418,000 sqm, Project No. 24 agricultural land in Al Qassim covering 5.43 million sqm and Project No. 10 agricultural land in Othal, Al Qassim, covering 276,500 sqm.
