Al-Baha Investment and Development Co. said its post-reverse stock split share capital will be 218.30 million, instead of 2.18 billion shares currently.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company noted that the board of directors’ recommendation includes reversing the nominal value from SAR 0.1 to SAR 1 per share.

Al-Baha is committed to completing the necessary related procedures, the statement added, indicating that any developments will be announced in due course.
According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s board proposed reversing the stock par value from SAR 0.10 to SAR 1, while keeping the company’s capital unchanged.
In December 2024, Al-Baha’s shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to reduce capital by 26.5% from SAR 297 million to SAR 218.3 million, cutting the number of shares from 2.97 billion to 2.18 billion.
