Naba Alsaha wins SAR 6.8M contract to purchase health services land in Dammam

Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. won on Jan. 29 a contract to purchase a 26,312-square-meter health services land in the Granada neighborhood, Dammam.

 

The contract, valued at SAR 6.8 million (excluding brokerage fees and real estate transaction tax), was tendered via the Mobasher Auctions platform, according to a Tadawul statement today, Jan. 30.

The deal aims to support the company's strategic plans for the expansion of future operations. It will also strengthen the firm’s assets and contribute to higher revenues and returns in the coming years.

 

The company will announce more details upon completion of the procedures for vacating and registering the new asset.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement noted.
