Naseej Tech signs cloud hosting deal with EXPRO

Naseej for Technology Co. (Naseej Tech) signed a unified framework agreement with the Government Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) to provide cloud-hosting services to some government entities, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 

The contract value will be determined based on subsequent purchase orders under the agreement, the statement added.

The purpose of this agreement, Naseej Tech explained, is to establish the related terms and conditions, including reference prices, mechanisms, and procedures to conclude such contracts. The beneficiary entities will have the right to issue purchase orders with the contractor during the agreement period, in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

 

Signed on Jan. 29, the contract has a duration of one year, with the option to extend.

 

Naseej Tech expects this project to have a positive impact on its financial statements in 2025, confirming that there are no related parties involved.
