Itmam seals consulting services contract with Foreign Ministry

Itmam Consultancy Co. inked on Jan. 7 a consulting services project contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to study the formation of the legal committee, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
The final contract was received on Jan. 27.
 
 

The contract’s value will exceed 10% of the company’s total revenue for 2023, and the contract duration is 18 months.

 

The relevant financial impact will reflect on financial statements for FY 2025/26.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Itmam reported a revenue of SAR 78.8 million in 2023.
