NWC launches home water, sewage connection installment program

The National Water Co. (NWC) said it has launched an installment program to facilitate payment for home water and sewage connections.

The service for paying home water and sewage connection fees in installments is provided through two main options, as customers can choose direct installments with the company, or installments via credit cards issued by Bank Aljazira, Riyad Bank, SAB, SAIB, Emirates NBD, or Al-Rajhi Bank, NWC added, in a statement.

The company also indicated that the payment options will meet the needs of customers, highlighting that the monthly installment amount through the company starts from SAR 200 in addition to the first payment for the service, which amounts to SAR 3,500. It added that the installment amount and its term are subject to the installment agreement plan with the bank.

NWC also said that it has launched a program for installment payments of billed water services, in addition to the partial payment service for the monthly bill.

This comes within the company’s efforts to develop and improve the services, facilitate them, and provide customers with the best services with ease and simplicity through its digital channels.
