NHC seeks to deliver over 300,000 housing units by year-end: CEO

National Housing Co. (NHC) will reach its initial goal of delivering over 300,000 housing units before the end of 2025 within a few months, said CEO Mohammad Albuty.

 

These units will be spread across 17 different locations in Saudi Arabia and will accommodate more than one million residents, he added.

 

Speaking at the Real Estate Future Forum, Albuty highlighted the importance of digital transformation in the company’s operations since its inception.

 

“NHC’s digital platforms undertook transactions worth SAR 250 billion in 2024, including sales, rentals, or property segmentation,” he said.

 

Albuty also indicated that 10 digital platforms were developed, serving over 20 million clients, with more than 50 million transactions completed annually.
