The Public Investment Fund (PIF) is planning a USD-denominated bond issuance, to be executed in two tranches with maturities of five and 9.5 years, Bloomberg reported, citing sources.

Initial price guidance is about 125 basis points (bps) over US Treasuries for the shorter tranche and 140 bps for the longer one, the sources said.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JPMorgan, and Standard Chartered are managing the potential offering. Final pricing and size are yet to be determined, the sources added.
