Units of Taleem REIT Fund go ex-dividend today, Jan. 22.

 

The fund had announced a Q4 2024 dividend of SAR 0.16 per unit, or 1.6% of capital, to unitholders. 

 

The dividend will be paid within 15 business days from the record date.
