Sulaiman Al Habib to start ops at Riyadh's Al Hamra Hospital on Jan. 21

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group said it obtained on Jan. 17 the Ministry of Health’s final license to operate Al Hamra Hospital in Riyadh.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the healthcare provider pointed out that the 90-bed capacity hospital will start operations on Jan. 21.

The trials are complete, and all administrative and technical requirements are in place.

 

Operations will begin gradually, in line with the requirements and the growth in the number of patients.

The relevant financial impact will reflect as of Q1 2025, the statement added.

 

In December 2022, the company’s board of directors agreed to convert Al Hamra medical center into a new 90-bed capacity hospital at an estimated cost of SAR 539 million, Argaam earlier reported.
