Further to the Savola Group’s ("Savola" or “the Group") announcement published on Tadawul dated December 31, 2024, regarding the deposit of proceeds from the sale of fractional shares resulting from its capital reduction into the accounts of eligible shareholders, the Group announces that the proceeds from the sale of fractional shares in Almarai Company, arising from the in-kind distribution of Savola’s entire stake in Almarai, have been deposited into the accounts associated with the respective portfolios of eligible shareholders. |
