Capital market institutions employ 6,226 by Q3-end; Saudization at 77%: CMA

The number of employees at capital market institutions rose by 215 quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to 6,226 by the end of the third quarter of 2024, according to the latest data from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

Meanwhile, the Saudization rate at these institutions reached 77% by the end of the same quarter, according to the Capital Market Institutions Report.

The number of capital market institutions reached nearly 164 by the end of the third quarter of 2024.

 

SNB Capital topped the list by number of employees with 414 and a Saudization rate of 89%. HSBC Saudi Arabia followed with 309 employees and a 67% Saudization rate during the same period.

 

Meanwhile, nine companies achieved 100% Saudization.
