WSM completes Wasltec acquisition procedures

WSM Information Technology Co. announced completing the acquisition of Wasl Technical Information Systems Co. Ltd. (Wasltec), a branch of Tanabw for Information Technology, and the transfer of the commercial register, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

This followed obtaining the approvals of the related authorities, the statement added.

WSM signed, on Dec. 29, the final acquisition contract (purchase contract) with Tanabw to fully acquire Wasltec for SAR 8.5 million, Argaam reported.
