Batic signs SAR 27M contract for SDB branches maintenance

Batic Investments and Logistics Co. stated that AMNCO Facility Management Co., a subsidiary of AMNCO (one Batic's affiliates), signed a contract with the Social Development Bank (SDB) to provide maintenance and cleaning services for the bank’s branches, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
 

The contract, valued at SAR 27 million inclusive of VAT, will commence on Jan. 1, 2025, and remain in effect for three years, the statement said.

 

Batic expects the contract to have a positive financial impact on its results throughout the agreement's duration, starting from its effective date.

 

The company further highlighted that AMNCO Facility provides facility management programs, support services, trained personnel, and comprehensive service solutions.

 

Additionally, the statement noted that AMNCO Facility is fully owned by Arab Co. for Security and Safety Services (AMNCO), a subsidiary of Batic.
