Abdulaziz Khoja relieved of MD duties, named as CEO: Almujtama Medical

Almujtama Alraida Medical Co.’s (Almujtama Medical) board of directors relieved today, Dec. 18, board member Abdulaziz Khoja of his role as Managing Director and appointed him as the company’s CEO, effectively concluding his executive management mandate.'

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Khoja will assume his duties as CEO starting today.

 

Khoja holds a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences from King Saud University in Riyadh, earned in 2005. He is licensed by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and brings over 17 years of experience in pharmacy management and operations.

 

According to data available with Argaam, the company's board had decided on Dec. 28, 2023, to appoint board member and managing director Abdulaziz Khoja as Acting CEO, granting him the necessary financial and administrative powers. Additionally, board member Yousef Khoja was appointed as Vice Chairman.
