Lazurde Company for Jewelry received on Dec. 16 a Shariah evaluation report regarding its operations issued by Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB), the company’s Shariah advisor.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the report showed that the company’s business activities in Q3 2024 are compliant with the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) Shariah standards and guidelines.

The SRB was appointed to examine and assess the alignment of the company’s operations and activities with the Shariah controls and standards approved by the Shariah committee. It will provide the necessary Shariah consultations to ensure the company’s continued compliance with these controls and standards throughout the period of its appointment.
In addition, SRB will provide the necessary consultation to help Lazurde continue to achieve compliance with the abovementioned guidelines and standards throughout the period of commissioning as the Shariah advisor to the company.
