Almuneef reappoints Hamad Al Hajri as Chairman, Nasser Al Hajri as Vice Chairman

Almuneef Co. for Trade, Industry, Agriculture, and Contracting's board of directors reappointed Hamad Al Hajri as Chairman and Nasser Al Hajri as Vice Chairman during a meeting on Dec. 14, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

A board secretary was also appointed.

Further, the board decided to form an audit committee, with Ibrahim Al-Mohsen (board member) as Chairman. Muhammad Al-Dosari and Nasser Al Hajri (external board members) were named members.

 

Almuneef board approved the appointment of Hamad Al Hajri (Chairman) and Bandar Al-Ghamdi (senior executive) as representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
