Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co. extended a contract to transfer medicine and medical supplies to the General Directorate of Health Affairs, Northern Border region, for SAR 4.16 million—as disclosed in the prospectus, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Due to the contract’s value being fully utilized and the need for additional works by the relevant authority, 10% of the contract’s value, amounting to SAR 416,100, was approved for a period of six months starting Dec. 11, the statement added.
